Delivery on Demand: Use your online account portal to schedule a partial or full delivery, and we will move your items to your desired DC address whenever you need them.

Skip the traffic on the 14th Street Bridge. Every item we pick up is photo-cataloged in your online account portal so you have a complete digital inventory of your belongings. When you need your professional archives or seasonal gear, simply browse your portal and schedule a delivery directly to your doorstep.

Can I change my storage plan if my needs change?

Yes, Clutter is flexible! You aren’t locked into your initial service level. You can schedule additional storage pickups or adjust your plan details through your online account portal at least 48 hours before any appointment.

How soon can I schedule a delivery in DC?

Your items are ready for delivery once they are processed, usually within 24–48 hours of your pickup. Simply log into your online account portal to pick a delivery time that fits your busy schedule anywhere in the DMV area.
