What items can move with Clutter?
For the safety of our team members and all of our customersβ belongings, below is a list of items we can and cannot move:
ALLOWED
- π Food or perishables (including dried or canned food)
- πΏ Live plants
- πUsed tires
PROHIBITED
- π₯ Liquids of any kind (including alcohol, cleaning products, cosmetics/toiletries etc.)
- π Items that emit smells or fumes
- π Illegal or controlled substances
- π Live animals or taxidermy
- π― Firearms, guns, or ammunition
- π₯ Flammable or combustible materials (no gases, explosives, or asbestos)
- β’ Hazardous materials (radioactive, chemical, or biological wastes)
- π Vehicles (boats, cars, riding lawn mowers, or anything with an engine)
- π± Pool tables
- β οΈ Human remains
- πΉ Grand or baby grand pianos (or upright pianos if stairs are present)
- π° Grandfather clocks
- π Mechanical furniture that has not been professionally disassembled, including Sleep Number beds
- π Items that show signs of infestation, or are at a location with signs of infestation (insects, rodents, mold)
- ποΈββοΈ Items our team cannot safely transport (unusually heavy or bulky items)

To keep our facilities clean and our team safe, Clutter may leave any location that presents unsafe or unsanitary conditions, or notices of eviction or foreclosure.
