Can Clutter help me disassemble items?

Yes! Our movers are able to disassemble items so long as it is safe to do so and can be done using a standard tool kit. Clutter movers do not carry power tools for disassembly.

Keep in mind there are a few items we do not disassemble:

• Infant or Children’s furniture (cribs, bunk beds, etc.)
• Appliances
• Electronics
• Art, pictures frames, or anything that is nailed or drilled to the wall
• Window air conditioner units
• Mechanical furniture (such as Sleep Number beds)
• Any object mounted to the wall, including picture frames and TVs
• Anything that requires licensing or certification

Reassembly

We want your items to arrive safely and securely! To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, please note that Clutter does not offer reassembly services upon delivery. The safe handling of your belongings is our absolute highest priority. Because our movers are not trained in reassembly, we are unable to provide these services when your items arrive at your location.

Your items will be returned to you in the exact state they were stored in. We will make sure that all associated hardware and components are returned with your items. We strongly recommend keeping your original furniture assembly instructions handy to make setting things up a breeze.

If you require assistance putting your furniture back together, we suggest exploring third-party service options. Please keep in mind that these outside services are not affiliated with or recommended by Clutter.
