# Can Clutter provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for my building?

Some properties require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before starting your appointment. We can provide one for you and your building manager with ease! Once your appointment is scheduled, you can use [this link](https://account.clutter.com/coi) to enter in the building's Certificate Holder & any Additional Insureds. If you don't have this information, ask your building for a Sample COI that you can use!

Once submitted, your COI will be generated and emailed to you within 48 hours.

If your appointment is less than 48 hours away, a copy of our standard COI is available to you within your Account Portal, but we will not be able to provide a copy specific to your building's requirements.
