Can Clutter provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for my building?

Some properties require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before starting your appointment. We can provide one for you and your building manager with ease! Once your appointment is scheduled, you can use this link to enter in the building's Certificate Holder & any Additional Insureds. If you don't have this information, ask your building for a Sample COI that you can use!

Once submitted, your COI will be generated and emailed to you within 48 hours.

If your appointment is less than 48 hours away, a copy of our standard COI is available to you within your Account Portal, but we will not be able to provide a copy specific to your building's requirements.
