Who is responsible for packing fragile items?
The responsibility for packing fragile items depends on the service package you choose, but Clutter's professional team is trained and equipped to handle even the most delicate belongings.
If You Choose Full-Service Packing
If your move or storage appointment includes a packing service, our professional Move & Pack specialists are fully trained to safely pack all your fragile items, regardless of size.
- We Handle Everything: Our team comes equipped with high-quality supplies, including bubble wrap, packing paper, plastic wrap, edge-protectors, moving blankets, and a variety of specialized boxes for items like dishware and lamps.
- Custom Care: When your team arrives, simply point out any items that need extra attention, and they will ensure those valuables are handled and secured with the utmost care.
If You Choose to Self-Pack
If you select a package that does not include our professional packing services, you are responsible for preparing all your boxes, including those with fragile contents.
- You're Welcome to Pack: Even if you purchase a full-service package, you are always welcome to pack your own fragile items if you feel more comfortable doing so.
Regardless of who packs the boxes, Clutter always provides moving blankets, edge protectors, and plastic wrap to protect large furniture and appliances during transit and storage.
